A really good Cru Bourgeois where the vines grow on sandy gravel. This property is an example of how to make fabulous claret using great terroir combined with the latest in traditional modern technology (minimal intervention—for example vertical wine presses which are gentle and rely on gravity).

A superb example of the wines that southern France can produce in the 21st century—totally traditionally made in a tiny vineyard of very old vines of over 100 years old, who still press their grapes with their feet—minimal intervention and extraordinary attention to every detail produce a wonderfully rich and concentrated red wine.
