Domaine les Eminades Sortilége
Saint Chinian
2002
NEWA small parcel of Luc and Patricia Bettoni’s top Cuvee. Made traditionally, with minimal intervention and extraordinary attention to every detail, this is a wine of real concentration and depth. It is delicious. Very good value for a wine of this quality and age.

About Saint Chinian
The appellation Saint Chinian is northwest of Beziers in the Languedoc-Roussillon. It is beautiful, rugged countryside sheltered by the foothills of the Cevennes. Vines were first planted here in the 9th century and the wine made by monks. The appellation now has 3300 hectares of vines producing better and better wines—mainly big full-bodied reds which compliment the local dish, Lapin au Moutard.
